PermitsDesk is a private software company. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the TABC or any government body. We help you screen, organize, prepare, and track — but permits are issued by government agencies on their own schedules and criteria. Automated Location Check results are preliminary eligibility estimates, not certified surveys, legal opinions, or guarantees of approval.
