Billing, in plain English
How does proration work when I add a location?
Add a location mid-cycle and you're only charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. From the next period on, it bills at the standard $29.99/month.
What happens when I remove a location?
Removing a location is prorated as a credit on your next invoice. Your data for that location is retained per our retention policy so you don't lose permit history.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel any time from your account. You won't be billed again after cancellation, and nothing is charged during the 30-day free trial if you cancel before it ends.
Do I get invoices and receipts?
Every charge produces an invoice and receipt you can view and download from your billing page — handy for bookkeeping and reimbursements.
Are there discounts?
Discounts and promotional codes are available from time to time — if you have a code, you can apply it at signup or on your billing page. Prices may be adjusted in the future; active subscriptions are always billed at the rate shown on your invoice.
